Sport is a discipline that in most of its expressions is based on physical exercise. It has 2 aspects that are jointly physical activity and competition. These 2 slopes are always linked in our center to the field of health, whether for the recovery of injuries, performance and wellness. All of this in a personalized and close way, since our day-to-day experience makes us see that not everything is valid for everyone and that everything that science expresses theoretically is valid.
